Dave was elected to Council on April 13, 2019 on a by-election.
Dave has managed his business in Half Island Cove, Hanhams Gas & Convenience since 1997. He has a diploma in Business Management and is employed with Nova Scotia Power as a 2nd Class Power Engineer.
Dave is involved with the Canso & Area Arena and currently serves on the Black Point Quarry Project Committee.
Dave resides in Canso with his wife Michelle.
