NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, did on June 17th, 2026 pass a motion to repeal the Emergency Management By-Law at the Regular Municipal Council Session held in Guysborough, NS. This bylaw has been recommended to the July 15th, 2026 Regular Monthly Council Session for final adoption.
